Helping you make a positive impact

We’ve worked with organisations big and small

About the founder

I’ve worked with 100s of businesses, from startups to charities and have always had a passion for product management, research and innovation from strategy to the doing. I’ve always loved digging into ideas, figuring out what makes them work (or not), and helping turn them into something meaningful. Over the years, I’ve worked with frameworks like Lean Startup, Product-Market Fit, and Design Thinking, not just to tick boxes, but to help businesses create products that genuinely matter.

For me, it’s about more than just building things. I believe in creating solutions that make a difference for people, businesses, and the planet. That’s why I focus on approaches like Planet-Centred Design, which brings sustainability and responsibility into the heart of innovation. Whether it’s reducing waste by not building first, optimising processes using AI, or making sure products respect both people and the environment, I want the things we create to have a lasting, positive impact.

Outside of my day-to-day work, I love giving back. I volunteer my time to mentor entrepreneurs and speak at events, plant trees for every project I complete, and run workshops to help sustainable businesses grow. It’s this passion for combining impact with action that inspired me to write “Make Products That Matter”, a practical guide to turning ideas into solutions that work for people and the planet.

She really challenged our assumptions and gave us something concrete to work with when iterating the Alpha product, based on evidence. We felt reassured that the iterations of the product are in line with user needs and our future product roadmap is based on evidence rather than assumptions. Chloe spoke to our Adult Social Care service users to explore their views toward unstructured data and supported workshops ran by LSE. She brought together the primary data and analysed this alongside the brief evidence review, which is secondary research, to bring us actionable and relevant recommendations.”

Sharing thoughts on sustainable product development

Make Products That Matter is a practical guide for entrepreneurs, product teams, and innovators who want to create solutions that truly make a difference—not just for their customers, but for the planet.

The book outlines approaches like Planet-Centred Design, which expands traditional design thinking to prioritise social, environmental, and sustainability impacts. Inspired by frameworks such as "Doughnut Economics," it urges product creators to consider the ethical and real-world consequences of their designs on people, animals, and the environment.

Readers will explore how to minimise waste, drive efficiency, and optimise supply chains to benefit both business and the planet. By understanding the broader social and environmental contexts of innovation, the book encourages collaboration and sustainability as core values, ensuring long-term impact and mindful development from ideation to launch.

With Make Products That Matter, you’ll learn how to build solutions that respect planetary boundaries, align with customer needs, and drive growth through responsibility and purpose.
