Within an existing SME, I built a spin-in that took an innovative approach to grant services. I took everything I’d learned about grants to create innovative grant products and collaborated with the established functions such as operations, marketing and sales to grow the department. I delivered training and workshops, plus appeared as a guest speaker and panelist to raise the profile of the department. I was particularly excited about the grant BootCamp I had designed that I was able to deliver to upskill existing clients and new clients.
