We delivered the discovery phase for a GovTech Catalyst project with a RegTech developer. We interviewed governmental policy teams to explore the user needs for a product in development and delivered a synthesis workshop to analyse user needs and map out ideas for solutions.

Together with the client, we conducted early stage user testing to identify perceptions of the product mock-ups as low-fidelity prototypes.

Near the end of the project, we delivered a structured beta programme in accordance with the Service Standard with governmental staff.
