User Research: NHS Leaders Training Platform

We conducted user research with healthcare professionals to understand the user needs of a training platform for leaders in the NHS. We interviewed many healthcare professionals at different stages of their careers, in a variety of roles in the NHS to understand their pain points and challenges when it comes to training and decisions around which training is most relevant.

There was a mid-fidelity prototype available and we delivered user testing of the platform at in-person events as well as virtual interviews. The findings informed a business case to further build the training platform, beyond the prototype.
