Insights for Brand: How can understanding your business ecosystem help you reposition your brand?

London-based brand agency, were doing a repositioning exercise for a premium estate and letting agents in London and needed a deeper understanding of the client’s business. We undertook observations and interviews with key stakeholders across multiple offices to get an understanding of the business ecosystem. This involved getting to know the organisational structure, the different offices and the views of staff working in multiple roles.
