Employee Research: Identifying Opportunities for AI, automation and efficiencies

Within an SME, a problem was identified whereby a process was largely manual and spreadsheet-led. I undertook interviews with employees across a cross-section of roles to build a picture of the entire process, in enough detail to show the high-level process. Areas were pinpointed to create efficiencies, small improvement projects, changes in the process and opportunities for AI and automation use. In addition, I created and led training sessions about AI and guided decision-making on AI toolage.

Following this, a cultural workshop was facilitated to evaluate where the organisational culture was and where it could be, particularly in facilitating innovation and change.
