At an SME, I was a part-time Product Manager for a legacy platform that had started to be built months before I became part of the Product team. When I arrived it was at Proof of Concept level. From this point, I implemented an agile approach to building the product, user and UAT testing, concept testing for feature ideas and created a product vision and strategy. I worked in a Product Trio with a UX Designer and external software developer. I advised on taking a user-led approach and prioritised UX for the platform.
