Leadership Coaching

I’m an ILM5 qualified coach and have been a coach and mentor for a few years, drawing on my experiences as an entrepreneur working as a co-founder and business leader, where I’ve lead businesses and teams.

As a volunteer across a number of programmes such as TechUp Women, Women in Innovation, MentorCruise, ADPList, Help to Grow: Management Course and Natwest Accelerator, I’ve worked with many business leaders and helped them navigate personal issues that were impacting their leadership and technical aspects of business and management.

I love to see my mentees and coachees develop and grow as they try new tools, methods or approaches in their everyday work-life or management and leadership approach.
