UX Testing for a Charity Website

We worked with a charity to test the UX of a range of digital services with their target audience. The charity wants to make a big impact and to help achieve this, they want to understand how their digital services are being used by their audience.

We conducted user research to explore user needs and to undertake task analysis, tree testing and card sorting to put the digital services to the test and understand if digital services are being used as they were designed to.

Working with Nightingale Design Research, we delivered training to the team about UX research and testing.
